PHILLIPS BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION, LLC is a turnkey site development contractor in Central Kentucky conveniently located adjacent to Fort Knox, and within an hours drive of Louisville, Ky and Southern Indiana. We maintain a large presence in Fort Knox, Elizabethtown, Radcliff and Hardin County in Central Kentucky.  As a complete site development contractor we have the flexibility to tailor our scope and services to the specific needs of our clients including design build or assist

Our primary items of work we perform include clearing, demolition, mass excavation, underground utilities, concrete,  paving, trucking, slipforming, retaining walls,  landscaping among others
